It is the Holy Spirit within us Who acts, and we have only to be docile to His action. In fact it is not in the many penances, or in much study, or in much work, or in much doing, or in much effort, but by abandoning ourselves completely to the action of the Spirit, such as Christ did, that we are imbued with God.
