Journeying with the Founder Day #297
If anyone wants to follow me, let him deny
himself, take up his cross daily and follow me (Lk 9:23). What is the underlying reason for this? It is the imitation
of Christ; it is a matter of following Christ, and therefore, we speak
of evangelical maximalism, the maximalism of love. It is, in fact, the
radicalism of Christ that shows us His maximum love for us, and our radicalism,
therefore, must show the Father, Christ, and the Spirit our love toward God. (The New Man)
