In the Eucharist Christ transforms us into Himself. This transformation—that takes place when we receive the Eucharist—must accompany us the whole day because it is the most important moment of transformation. The Eucharistic Jesus is the Sacrament par excellence; it is the main mystery of our encounter with Jesus. We can pray thousands of holy hours, but they are not equal to one Holy Communion because when we receive the Eucharist, Christ grabs us and transforms us, if we let Him grab us and transform us.
